Project Summary

Canterbury Village, a senior subsidized 64-unit housing facility, features a traditional design with wood and stucco exterior finishes, shingled pitched roof, and bay windows in each unit. It also incorporates an entry pavilion. Lush landscaping surrounds the structure and features a courtyard and fountain as a focal point off the ground-level community room. The grounds are watered by an elaborate system of sprinklers. The entire facility is universally accessible, which is serviced by two elevators, secure for every resident, and equipped with a call system for any emergencies.
