Project
Summary

This project consists of three separate buildings:

1. Student Center Building with Bookstore. Construction of a new 2-story, 42,000 SF, steel and glass structure with pedestrian bridges connecting the Student Center with the adjacent Administration Building and elevated Piazza Plaza.

2. Student Activities Center. Conversion of the 7,000SF women’s shower locker room into a new campus activities center.

3. Administration Building. Remodel of the 35,000 SF 4-story Administration Building.
