Project
Summary
This Spanish style, stucco building provides 75 apartments for the elderly and disabled individuals in the Escondido area. The massive appearance of this three-story wood-framed building is broken down by introduction of architectural elements such as a bell tower over the main entry, trellises and accents as well as private patios on the first floor and balconies on the upper levels. Trellis covered walkways provide both visual and physical connection between the Silvercrest Residence and the Salvation Army’s recreational facilities.
