Summary

The Silvercrest residence contains 126 units of affordable housing adjacent to the city’s historic Gaslamp District and located three blocks away from Horton Plaza in downtown San Diego. The ten-story building includes several community and recreational spaces on the first and tenth floors, as well as two garden terraces on the ninth floor offering breathtaking views of San Diego Harbor, the Coronado Bridge, and the Peninsula.
