Job Captain

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Job Captain to coordinate construction documents and support project teams from design development through construction. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, thoughtful buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage construction documents and specifications
  • Coordinate consultant drawings and resolve technical issues
  • Conduct site visits and provide construction administration support
  • Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
  • Mentor interns and junior staff

Qualifications

Interest in sustainable and context-sensitive design

B.Arch or M.Arch degree

3–7 years of professional experience

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Strong organizational and communication skills
