Project Brief
At time of construction the Concord Apartments tower was Pasadena’s tallest high-rise. It was built as affordable senior housing. Constructed of concrete, the 14-story, 150 unit structure accommodates more than 200 people and was designed to reflect a contemporary motif. Each unit has a built-in kitchen and outdoor patio balcony. There are community areas as well as on-site recreation and laundry facilities.
