We’re seeking a talented Project Architect to join our collaborative studio. You’ll lead project delivery from concept through construction, working closely with clients, consultants, and our design team on thoughtful, high-quality architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project phases: schematic design through construction administration
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and design intent
- Conduct site visits and provide construction observation
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio culture
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Licensed Architect (California preferred)
- 5–10+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for sustainable and context-driven design
